Exchange Policy

At Kalani, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges for size-related issues. Please review the policy details below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

2. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  • Email us at contact@kalani.in with your order details and the new size required.

  • Once approved, we will share return instructions.

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the exchange within 7–10 business days.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@kalani.in with photos and order information. We will replace it at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
